How to raise an SR in My support portal on How to question
Hi guys,
How to raise an SR in My Support Portal (PDN) on " How To do" for support from Product support team?
As i can see only
1. Product Defect
2. Media Request
3. Existing Hotfix Request
I don't see any option to chose " How To do "
Can someone help me on this please
