How to put toggle-checkbox in center of the table cell?

I am trying to put the toggle-checkbox in the center of the table cell but it is always on the left.  I have inserted picture below.  How do I put it in the center using pega?

Also, how do I delete the "ON" that pops up when I toggle the checkbox to on?  I have inserted another picture.
