How to Preview PDF without downloading it to user

Hi ,

We have requirement to preview the pdf on click of button, and after submit we need to download it.

But the click of button, have configured all parameters for call pyViewAsPDF. and called in open url in window.

But its getting downloaded, is there any way to by pass download of PDF and just show it.
