How to pass browser cookies while making a rest api call

I need to call a rest service from another domain before which I need to login to that domain's page using my sso credentials. Once I have logged in, while making the rest service call from pega, I need to pass the browser cookies "withCredentials : true".

Can somebody let me know how to pass the browser cookies while making a rest service call from pega.
