How to open interaction portal of a newly created app?
Hi Guys,
I'm a new member of Pega technology. I created a new app in Pega. I choose the custom template when I creating my application. I can view my environment in Dev Studio and App Studio. Now, I want to open the interaction portal for my application. In a document I checked that from Launch App in Dev studio I can switch to interaction portal in Pega.
But in my case from there, I don't have any options to switch in the interaction portal. Please help me out with this issue.

Is it the Customer Service framework you are using?
If yes you can launch Interaction Portal from "Launch Web Interface" if that portal is available in your access group.

Adding a screen shot to help. Like kanap2 mentioned, interaction portal is available for Pega Customer service framework. For Pega platform, you should see the Out of the Box CaseManager / CaseWorker portal as options in the "Launch" menu

As you mentioned, I checked that CaseManager / CaseWorker portals are showing as options in the "Launch" menu. That's means I'm not using the Customer Service framework right?
So do I need to create a new project and have to choose the Customer Service framework from the template? Then only I can use the interaction portal from the "Launch" menu?
