How to open delegated rule in same window in theme-cosmos user portal

RULE-HTML-SECTION EMBED-SYSTEM-USER-MYRULES DELEGATEDRULEDETAIL 

Pega provided rule delegation harness (Theme cosmos user portal, navigation menu item) opening data types in same window and rules in separate popup window.  Edit button has action as open rule/open rule by name for rules.

How to open delegated rule in same window?
