How to move only Updated instances of Data type through Product rule
Hi Team,
I have a requirement to add only the Updated instances of particular data types (ABC-xxx-xxx) in product rule, so that i can move those instances to higher environment. I have tried to use "class instance to include" option to add those instances but it is taking all the instances/records from particular data types. Is there any way to add only updated instances .

Thanks for the responses. But its like each time there is an update or new records is getting added , then we have explicitly mention the record id.

You have to figure out a condition based on the record, and the When needs to be updated everytime you take a product.
Examples:
1. Created datetime
2. Record Id greater than

You can build a mechanism such as
-Declare trigger on data type which moves the instance to product rule whenever instance is updated.
-After you import, create a new product which will hold updated records.Or deleting all the instances in this product so that new instances can be gathered for next deployment.

You can configure a when rule that compares the updated date time of the record with the last datetime product rule is imported.
ProductLastImportedDateTime can be maintained in the DSS so that DSS can be updated without updating the when rule before taking the product zip.
