Managing SLA values across ENVs (Dev->Test->Preprod->Prod) so that tests can be done in a more timely manner.
Ex, lets say we have an SLA of 2 months.
=>on PROD Env, its ok to wait for 2 months for the actions to occur after deadline is reached.
But on NON-PROD Env, ex on TEST Env, when QA Team are testing the functionality, we can't expect them to wait 2 months to test the post-SLA actions.
Currently, we are manipulating the values on the NON-Prod Envs.
But i think this is not a new issue, and may be it has already been addressed in the best way possible.
If anyone can share their experience please?
