How to make pzIsperform true at run time? Any privileges can help?

Hi,

I have an operator who belongs to ABC workgroup and have access to ABC Work Basket. When a Work Item WI-01 is routed to ABC Work Basket and the operator opens this case from his/her Dashboard,

I want to see the Action Area (ie, this should be a Perform Harness) by default.

Currently, i am seeing Confirm Harness beause the when rule pzIsPerform is false at run time.

The Case I created belongs to a class like, "ABC-XYZ-Work-MNO".

Can i achieve this by adding/modifying any privileges available to its ARO?

Is there an Access Role associated to the workbasket? Is that Access Role associated to the user's Access Group?
