How to make pega to decrypt incoming email and attachments which are classified by AIP(Azure Information Protection) as C3/C4?

We have to enable Pega to deal with Emails which have been encrypted via AIP(Azure Information Protection)  and having been classified as C3 or C4. Our email listener listens to office 365 account.  How to make pega to decrypt incoming emails and attachments which are classified by AIP as C3/C4?
