How to Make date property as Readonly and editable in one section

My requirement is that when I am reterving data from data table that time date property is readonly mode & At same time When I am Storing the data it should be ad editable. in the same section

Hi , 

Give some expressionor when rule on the presentation tab of the control under edit options label.

Here we can mention the presentation of the control as readonly/auto always editable etc.
