How to Make available of Single workqueue for 2 access groups

I have scenario like now I created a case its went to FailedMAM workqueue current access group is Admistrator now I need to cahnge the Access group to Processor and I need to open the cases in FailedMAM WorkQueue how achive this can anyone help me.
