How to log in with pega provided operators when MFA is enabled

We found recently that when there is Multi Factor Auth enabled on the authentication service pega provided operators (Administrator for example ) are not able to get the OTP and getting an error message. Is there a way to log in with these operators and keep all basic credentials authentication services secure with MFA?
