How to launch Modal dialog on navigating away a Tab based on condition?

Hello,  I had a requirement to show modal dialog box  conditionally while navigating from Tab 3 to Tab 1,saying "changes in Tab 1 will impact Tab 3 information". I'm using layout group with embedded sections for tab 1, tab2, tab 3. Tried with ProcessAction Activity but the dialog box does not appear.  Can anyone please help me with this?
