How to know what hotfixes to take?
In Pega 7 (and possibly earlier) we have the ability to view an inventory of hotfixes, and compare that to what is installed on our systems. Surely some of these hotfixes would benefit all customers, while others are very specific to particular use cases. How does anyone know which hotfixes are 'must-haves' and which are 'nice-to-haves' and which should not be taken at all?
Further - Pega 7 hotfixes are no longer available on the PDN/My Support Portal, the only way
