how to import operator id from pega 8.03 to pega 24?

I have workflow in pega 8.03 and few operator id.....i iam able to export and import my workflow in a zip file using export import method but not yet able to export the operator id. What is the process to export operator id from pega 8.03 to pega 24 using export-import.
