Hi,

I have a requirement that External Users are not allowed to click or see the information of the parent case. Pega automatically displays the parent case ID on top of the child case. With the Live UI, I can see that the link of the Parent Case is contained in the property pyCaseBreadCrumbID, and the property is contained in the section pyCaseBreadCrumbInner. Not only the settting for Visibility and Disable that we see in the rules, but do these two rules need to be saved in special location or FW will work? Right now when I change the visibility and save the section in the FW ruleset is not working.

In the attached picture, I need to either hide or disable the link of the parent case "WP-583" for a role of users. In the live UI, this link is the section pyCaseBreadCrumbInner.
