How to handle source mail box instead of depending on pyto line.

I have a email listner and service rule configured to process the incoming email and create the case.In the process we want to check two environments too.But we have issue when we map specific email id specific to the environments.

Can any one help how to handle source mail box.

Also,need help on how to handle out of office emails.
