How to handle daylight saving in job schedular?

We have to generate an report daily on 5 pm and time zone is CET after daylight saving timezone is CEST .

we are using job scheduler to send an email to the business but due to the daylight saving email is getting triggered 1 hr early. Is there any Pega OOTB Timezone available to handle both(CET/CEST) timezone which consider daylight saving automatically.

DST should be handled automatically by Java JDK. Please make sure that your app server timezone is the same as that of database timezone, that is required by Pega.
