How to get an X icon to close a modal window with Theme-Cosmos.

We are upgrading the UI to theme cosmos. Currently redesigning the portal. In the actions menu on the portal I can click details. This is designed to open a modal window showing the users details, configured in the screen shot.

When this window opens I have no X in the corner to exit the window.

How do I include this
