How to get the security patches for ongoing support projects
HI,
I am trying to get details like how can we get updates related to security patches to pega product if we are already using Pega in production.
and when is it recommended from pega to go for an upgrade.
any thoughts would be appreciates.

Hi Mohammad,
All the details related to the patch release have been given in the below link:

Patches will be released monthly starting the month after a GA release. The schedule may be adjusted based on the severity and nature of any reported issues.
Patch releases will be available through Pega’s standard software delivery process. Software may be requested through Pega Software Distribution or by contacting GCS.

Open the Hotfix manager from your Designer Studio options and do a system scan which gets the latest catalog from PDN. After this action, look if any items are listed under "Critical Missing" Hotfix section. (as shown below).
