How to get rid of 401 error when sending en email to a Lead using sales automation

I'm trying to send an email to a lead using pega sales automation using the following steps:

And once I click on the send button, it's giving me a 401 transport error:

pega error

When I traced this scenario, I found that the CreateItem soap service is failing. Can someone please help me to resolve this issue?
