how to get a portal header like color bar at the top of a section?
The users would like to see the color and logo like that in user portal in a section. How can I get it displayed to user in a section?

In general , it is the pyPortalHeader which contains all the element specific to user portal header
It is under Data-Portal class.
So if you want to show this entire content inside one of your section, you have refer this section via a page.
Otherwise, you can drill down to this section pyPortalHeader and see the component and try doing a save as of the save as of the same in your work class and embed it inside a section.

Hi DharanitharanR,
Thank you but my section does not include the portal harness. That is a stand alone section. I cannot embed the screen layout inside a section. That section contains work object data and I am exposing it to external users without exposing any user portal/ and harness content. Please share your thoughts.

when you try to include a section it will prompt you about the page context.
Since your main section will be part of work class where as the pyPortalHeader will be part of data class, selecting current page context will not help. So you have to specify a page which belongs to data-portal class and then refer that page in order to access the pyPortalHeader section inside your work class section
