How to generate a multi paged PDF?

(We have a requirement to show list of transactions in a PDF document.

However:

- PDF document should have pages.

- Page size would be that of A4.

- Display page numbers on each page

- Display the transactions in such a manner that no row should continue on two pages.

- Display Header and Footer on each page.

 

Any help on the HTML snippet is really appreciated.
