How to Generate E-mail notification to Users in Prod-1 Mirror after 90 days of Password Expiry

i want to enable a notification as a reminder, in pega 8.6.6 version

when a password is being expired after 90days, a mail should be sent to the operators to reset their password.

Could you please help with the steps that need to be carried out to enable this feature.
