How to find from where the dummy value is populated

Hi Team,

requirement- update the fields to be displayed on expand of case (some columns with related data should be populated in the dashboard). This is achieved. But when I expand the case I am able to see two rows one being the real record and the other record is some dummy value.

could any one please let me know from where this dummy might be taken?
