How to fetch date of a specific day from a string containing Year and Week

I have a requirement where business sends a string Year week i.e., 202340 in which 2023 is year and 40 is week number in 2023 year. Based on these inputs system has to display Monday date of 40 week in year 2023.

 

How we can achieve this requirement.
