how to extract a case from a text body
hi Team,
I have a requirement where the subject of email will have a case id which can come like A-1234 eg: "This is a new requirement for A-1234 which will come in the next sprint"
Now i want to extract the case id from the string. but case id can be dynamic like A-1234 or A-#### How can i extract it ? thanks,
