How to export a report on all cases info of one month and RD performance query

HI Friends,

Can you please help in answering below questions?

 

1) How to export the details of all cases information of one month in a report?

2) Report Definition works very well in DEV, QA ENVs. but not working fine(performance issue) in prod/live environment? What could be the issue.
