How to enable Authentication events in the Security event log file for SSO logons
I want to enable authentication events in the Security event log file for SSO logons. From the 'Security Event Configuration' logging works for standard prpc logons but not for SSO.
Should we use enable custom logging and add java step(as suggested here https://academy.pega.com/topic/security-event-logging/v3) in the SSO authentication activity? Or Is there any alternate option?
Following option on the security event configuration landing page is of any use?
"Failed post authentication validation for authentication service mapping"

Hi Sarath,
If you're planning to log and monitor only SSO / OIDC related events, You can create a logging and add required loggers in it.
As per the URL you have provided in the above post, You're going to Turn on lot of events which is not required always.
Required Loggers:
com.pega.pegarules.integration.engine.internal.auth.oidc.OIDCClientHandler
com.pega.pegarules.integration.engine.internal.client.oauth2.OAuth2ClientImpl
