How to duplicate attachments - including externally stored file.

Requirement:

Case contains an attachment "TESTDOC1.docx" which is externally stored via CMIS (Alfresco).

With a click of a button create a copy "TESTDOC1(copy).docx".

  • TESTDOC1(copy).docx should be added to external storage.
  • TESTDOC1(copy).docx should have an Work-Attach instance.
  • TESTDOC1(copy).docx should have an Link-Attach instance.
  • Meta data should mostly be similar to the original file.

Looking at activity "pzCopyAndResaveAttachment" should give you a good start..
