How to download a OpenSpan Software for Practice

Hi,

Can anybody help me to download the OpenSpan Software for Practice in Laptop.

I'd like to learn the OpenSpan.

For that, I’ve created a Pega account. However, I’m unable to download the software.

It shows that your membership type is professional. Any help regarding this is much appreciated.

Hi Praveen,

Welcome and thank you for posting your query in the support community

As mentioned by Vegam on August 3rd here- "You can find modules and courses by going to Pega Academy and searching for Pega Robotics. From there, you can access an early version of Pega Robotics Studio 8.0." Refer here.

To obtain Pega Robotic Automation Studio version 8.0, you will need to Create a Support Request (SR) with Request Type as Media Request via the Pega Support Portal
