How to display 360 view in a service case, for BO user, without interaction
Hi,
we have the need for back office users to display a 360 view (just like the one in an interaction, ie the composite section) when they open a service case direcltly from a workbasket.
Question is then what best option to choose:
1) extend case view with elements from the composite view => manage the duplicate view dispalyed when the service case is processed into an interaction
2) open an interaction => the last interaction that updated the service case for example
3) any other idea
