How to Customize an interactions Iframe's header title

We want to customize/set value to title attribute which is being displayed as part of head tag in an Iframe so that elements inside the frame can be easily identified by robotics. The title seems to be a combination of short description of pxobjclass and pyId but we want to know where this is being set so that we can set a constant value.
