How to customize Filepath control to upload the files in shared directory path instead of service export directory path
We are using FilePath control for file browse and upload. The control by default uploading the file in Service Export Directory. We would like to customize this and upload the file in a dedicated shared directory path instead of service export directory.
We don't want to change the service export directory path configured already in the system.
Please let us know on how to achieve this.

By default, the ServiceExport directory is a subdirectory of the temporary files directory on the server. You can change the default location of this directory through the prconfig.xml setting:
<env name="Initialization/pxServiceExportPath" value="<directory>"/>
where <directory> is the new location.
This post confirms the directory itself can be changed in earlier Pega releases.

We don't want to change the service export directory path configured already in the system which would impact the existing upload/download/unzip process.
We would like to customize this for an particular enhancement and upload the file in a dedicated shared directory path.
Please let me know is there any other control in place that can be used for browsing the files and uploading it in a dedicated shared directory path.

@KARTHIKD the OOTB controls that you can use are AttachFile or FileAttach .
The documentation states what is, and what is not, possible with them.
You may be able to use Case Attachment Wrapper, as documented here, or write your own java steps, as done by this user.
