We need to create/define a custom version of the alert PEGA0020.

Need information on how a custom alert could be implemented in Pega 7?

Could someone point me to any OOTB rules existing in Pega Product that can be referred to?

Below is the syntax for defining custom alert that was found in PDN. However, I could not find enough information that would provide insights into how the complete implementation of custom alert would be.

oLog.alert((com.pega.pegarules.priv.context.PegaRequestor) tools.getRequestor(), "PEGA0XXX", "Alert Message", responseTimeVariable, responseKPIVariable , null, null);
