I want to do a hands-on a Theme-Cosmos application but in the upgraded version of Community edition I'm getting 2 options "Build a blueprint" and "Create a Blueprint" and not getting the option "Create an application" like we had before in previous version of community edition in which we could provide the type and Organization unit, but now I'm not able to that and if I'm trying to build with "Create a Blueprint"  It's not asking me to provide those information and all the rules are locked as well. So can you please guide me how can I create Theme Cosmos application from scratch in upgraded version of Community Edition?
