How to create a report which shows history log

Hi

I would like to create a report which shows history and audit log in Case Manager Portal..

but history log is belonged in "History-Work" class, but reports in Case Manager Portal is belonged in "***-Work" class...

How do I create the report which show history and audit log in Case Manager Portal?

I wonder if I need to create a report which has class join btwn  "History-Work" and "***-Work" class, but I am not sure how to do it...

 

I really need your help.
