How to create a case to query a database

Hi there,

 

I just want a overview for create a case to query a database:

 

Things to consider:

 

- This case doesnt need to be created. I mean, this is just a query, I type ID of a customer and the system returns me some info about this customer. I dont want a case create for every query maked.

 

- That said, this database is external. I want to pull this info, but I dont want to record it.. its just a query.

 

Any help will be appreciated.
