How to count the number of filtered records

We have a requirement to display the total number of records on a grid which is sourced from a data page.

I am currently displaying the value of pxResultCount for the results , however , post filtering on grid , business wants to see the total number of records being shown as a value for "Total Results".

How do I achieve this ?
