How to copy email attachments from an ET case to an existing business case?

Is there any way (OOTB) to add or copy email attachments from an ET case to an existing business case?

There is an OOTB to create case from ET case which copies attachments from ET case to newly created case but didn't find to attach ET case attachments to an existing business case.

Please help.
