How to connect to the internal DB

The default ones the Pega gave which is PostgreSq. how do I view it ?

None of the exercises or videos stated about these DB connection or cloning of it and implementing it in the other DB.

Can any one give me a step by step approach of how to connect to the DB and how to find the BLOB of the given table.
