Thank you for the clarification.
As an example, you can achieve this by displaying the first page list as a repeating view and the second as a table within the repeated view.

Assuming you are using embedded data then there is information in Configuring a list of records Embedded Data field about how to configure views to display the repeating data as a table, or repeating view.
