We are calling an out-of-the-box pxCreateTopCase activity in a middle of workflow from a utility shape to create an additional case of a different Work class. This activity is called by an operator ID who performs the assignment before the utility shape. The assignment just before the utility shape is Approval, so all properties in Work class and History Work class are populated with something like " Proprietary information hidden". This is a normal behavior of PRPC but customer does not like this and wants to have "System" for these properties instead. One way to do this is to have an additional activity to replace " Proprietary information hidden" with "System" in Work and History table but this is too programmatic and I want to do it in a smart way. What is the best approach?
