How can we trigger email notification for Pega0069 alert

Hi,

 

Is it possible to configure PEGA0069 alert for email notification? We are using PDC for monitoring purpose but I am not to find this alert configuration in PDC. PEGA0069 - Client page load time.

Can we write any customtize activity on alert logs? What is the recommended way to achieve this requirement?
