How can we change the selected property input color in the pega constellation

Changing colors for a specific control\use case is not recommended. You can use AppStudio-->Settings-->Themes to setup the styles across your application.

This can be achieved with custom Pega DX component. However, leverage OOTB controls for seamless upgrade and easy maintenance.
