How can i get Text Input-help data for the below example.
Below fields are Text Input's,which is helping us to enter first name,last name etc..
When i click on first name text box which disappears the first name help content and we have to enter the first name data..

Not sure what you mean by innerText ?
Like Neha correctly pointed out , Pega allows placeholder text (that'll disappear when you enter the actual value) for text input. Please check the Pega Button-> User Interface-> UI Gallery->Text input for your options.

I am unable to understand your requirement properly. Can you please share the usecase?
I believe you need a place holder in text input?
Can you please check the behavior in UI Gallery for text inputs. There are lot of sample text inputs.
