I am looking for help embeding x number of radio buttons or check boxes on a printed form.

I am looking for information related to eForm and whether it is dynamic enough to insert a variable number of picklist or check box choices on a form.

My requirement is to create and print a letter. The letter will contain various data that will be mapped from Pega. My challenge is to be able to insert x number of questions with x number of choices following each question.

For example my question could be:
Pick one of the following:

A) Blue B) Red C) Green

D) Yellow

The questions and options will be in a page list and I don't know the number of questions or the number of picklist options at design time.

Using Acrobat and Lifecycle designer will I be able to create an eForm that Pega will be able to dynamically populate with data?

If not are there any suggestions on how I can implement this requirement?
