How can i design Pega Pulse Ui screen without using OOTB Rules.
I need to enter message and hit enter, so that it should display with particular date and time when that message was posted
Pls help

In that case, you may need to create a section which is "Non-Autogenerated" and you can place the input tags(eg: Date) so that it will not use anything OOTB.

What version of pega are you using ? Starting from 7.2 onwards , the sections related to pega pulse have been made available and you can play around it . If you still need to customize in terms of the logic how the message is posted or fetched then u can simply associate ur posts with the case in a page list which u can refer in while loading or dispaying the posts .
