How can I control the running time of File Listener
Dear Team,
I need to control the running time of File Listener like following situation.
How can I implement?
1. In business hour (8am to 20pm), File Listener execute and make a new case using OOTB
2. In NOT business hour, File Listener don't execute and don't make a new case using OOTB

@kazesan I don't think there is a OOTB API available to control File listener start-up in 7.4. Rather you can manage the same in the file processing logic. For the non business hours, you can add the data to a staging table / ignore them based on business need.

So, I can manage the running time of File Listener by using "when rule" in File Listener's activity?
If so, what "when rule' is effective in the activity?

@kazesan You can have your own when rule and can use isBusinessTime function to evaluate against current time. Pass a calendar which has your business timings defined.
